The Irlen Method can help to improve headaches, reading fluency and comprehension

Many parents and teachers ask me to explain what Irlen Syndrome is.
Firstly let me emphasise there is much documented research about this method of using coloured lenses and overlays. The Irlen Method is technology that uses coloured overlays and filters to improve the brain's ability to process visual information.  This method can help improve headaches and migraines, reading fluency, comprehension, attention, moods and many learning difficulties.
Here is the link to the Irlen international site that has some very useful information about Irlen Syndrome and Helen Irlen, who discovered and created the Irlen Method in 1980.

I highly recommend buying the Irlen book to find out more information.
